Kristi Zimmerman, BA , Doctoral Candidate (PSU)

 

 

 

 

 

Kristi Zimmerman is a doctoral candidate at Portland State University. She graduated from Purdue University with a bachelors in Psychology. Kristi's undergraduate research project focused on the perceptions of work-family conflict in college seniors as they are anticipating their entrance into the workforce. Kristi is still very interested in topics surrounding work and family as well as occupational health psychology.

 

Kristi was born and raised in Indianapolis and has one older brother. When she's not doing school stuff, she really likes to read murder mystery books. She also likes to exercise, shop, watch movies and spend time with her dog, Milo.

 

 

 

 

Rachel Daniels, BA , Doctoral Candidate (PSU)

 

 

 

Rachel Daniels is a doctoral candidate at Portland State University. Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Oregon University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. At Western Oregon, Rachel spent time studying Group Decision Making, and her current resarch interests include work-family balance and Occupational Health Psychology.

 

Rachel was born in Providence, Rhode Island, but grew up on the Oregon Coast in the small town of Bandon. She grew up with two younger sisters and an older brother and her personal interests include: running, biking and working out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shaun Pichler, BA, MS , Doctoral Candidate (MSU)

 

 

 

 

Shaun Pichler is currently a doctoral candidate at the School of Labor and Industrial Relations at Michigan State University. Shaun graduated with High Honors from Michigan State with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, and with Dean's High Honors from Loyola University Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Shaun has published articles in Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Labor Research, and Behavior Research Methods, Instruments & Computers. Shaun's current research interests include workforce diversity and work-life balance.

 

Shaun grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan with his twin brother and sister to parents that are still together after more than 25 years of marriage! Shaun's personal interestes include: short fiction, jazz, modern art, american filmmaking.
